SLAColocation is more than a place to park a server. Plenty of Indian businesses run key Windows workloads this way. Here are the most common ones.
Keep your domain controllers in a facility with stable power and network, so logins, group policies, and file access keep working even if your office loses electricity or internet.
Run SQL Server on your own tuned hardware with fast storage and your own licence. You decide the RAM, disk layout, and backup schedule, with no virtualization overhead.
Place a Hyper-V host or cluster in colocation and run many virtual machines on hardware you own. It is a good fit when you want private-cloud control without building a server room.
Accounting and ERP teams move their server out of the back office so multiple users can connect from any location without worrying about power cuts or aging in-house hardware.
Host .NET websites, web apps, and internal portals on a Windows Server you configure yourself, with the exact runtime versions and modules your code needs.
Keep your own mail server with full control over mailboxes, retention and policies, and with the uptime a business mailbox needs.
Run a remote desktop environment for staff, branch offices or clients. Dedicated hardware gives each user steady performance during peak hours.
Place a standby Windows Server in our facility, away from your main office, and replicate data to it. If your primary site goes down, you can switch over quickly.
Store large volumes of files and backups on your own disks in a secure location. Combine this with our Backup Solution for encrypted offsite copies.
Some older Windows applications can't move to the cloud or depend on specific hardware or licences. Colocation lets you keep them exactly as they are, in a safer place.
Colocation built around uptime, security, and control over your own Windows environment.
Redundant A+B power feeds (0.5 kW to 6 kW+ per cabinet), precision cooling, and carrier-grade connectivity up to 10 Gbps keep your Windows Server fast and available—whether you run SQL Server databases, Hyper-V virtualization hosts, or Tally and Busy ERP workloads.
Biometric access-controlled racks, timestamped visitor logs, 24/7 CCTV surveillance, and always-on L3–L7 DDoS protection guard your Active Directory domain controllers and Windows file servers physically and on the network inside an ISO 27001-certified facility.
Use our dedicated IPv4/IPv6 addresses or bring your own IP blocks. Included BGP session and BYOIP support under ASN 151704 let you migrate office Windows servers, RDS farms, and Exchange environments without renumbering firewall rules or client endpoints.
Tier III/IV infrastructure with N+N redundancy across power, cooling, and multi-carrier networking suits MS SQL Server clusters, Active Directory domain controllers, and line-of-business Windows applications backed by a 99.5% uptime SLA and 24/7 on-site remote hands.
Our colocation lets you keep control of your servers while we handle the building, the power and the network.
No hidden fees or surprise charges. The quote you accept is the price you pay, which makes budgeting simple.
Your rate doesn't jump at renewal, so long-term costs stay easy to plan.
DDoS-protected network in a Tier III/IV facility gives businesses of every size a strong security base.
Redundant power, cooling and network paths reduce single points of failure during maintenance or hardware faults.
An uptime commitment backed by SLA credits. If we miss the agreed level, eligible customers receive compensation.
Hear from businesses that trust VyomCloud to host their Windows Server hardware
"Our Tally data lives on a Windows server we own, now in a proper facility. Power cuts and AC failures at our office no longer decide whether our staff can work."
"Our domain controllers needed a place with redundant power and controlled access. Biometric entry and a written log of who touched the rack satisfied our internal audit."
"Our ASP.NET app and its SQL Server run on our own Windows hardware, and moving it out of the office reduced the weekend call-outs we used to get for power and cooling."
"We began with a 1U box and now run an RDS farm on a Half Rack. Remote hands handled each hardware addition, so our admins stayed on the application side."
Everything you need to know before you move your Windows Server into our data center.
Windows Server colocation means you place your own physical server, running Windows Server, in a third-party data center. You own and manage the hardware, operating system, and software. The provider supplies rack space, power, cooling, network connectivity, and physical security. It is a middle path between running servers in your office and renting hosting.
With colocation, you buy and own the server, and we host it. With a dedicated server, we own the machine and you rent it. Colocation suits teams that already have hardware or want specific components. A Dedicated Server suits teams that want to avoid upfront hardware cost.
You do. In colocation, you bring your own Windows Server licences, along with SQL Server, RDS CALs, or any other Microsoft software you use. Keep your licence records ready, since you are responsible for compliance.
You connect over the network using Remote Desktop (RDP) or PowerShell, the same way you would manage any remote server. For hardware-level access, most business servers include a remote management port such as iDRAC, iLO or IPMI. If something needs a physical touch, our remote hands team can help.
Your hardware sits in a Tier III/IV facility with controlled access and round-the-clock monitoring. On the network side, always-on DDoS filtering protects against volumetric attacks. Our infrastructure is ISO 27001 certified. Your own Windows security, such as patches, firewall rules, and antivirus, stays in your hands.
Yes, BYOIP is supported, and you can announce your own prefixes through our network under ASN 151704 with IPv4 and IPv6 support. This helps if you are moving an existing setup and want to keep your addresses.
Yes. Many customers start with a single server and add more as the business grows. You can move from 1U to a Quarter Rack (10U), Half Rack (21U) or Full Rack (42U) without changing providers, and we plan the move with you so your services keep running.
Published plans start at ₹5,251/month for 1U Server Colocation, ₹17,711/month for Quarter Rack (10U), ₹31,061/month for Half Rack (21U), and ₹57,761/month for Full Rack (42U). Colocation is usually cheaper over time than running your own server room, since you avoid separate costs for cooling, backup power, security staff, and redundant connectivity. Share your custom requirements and we will send a clear quote, usually the same day.
An office server room has real limits: power cuts, weak cooling, a single internet line and little physical security. Colocation removes those problems while you keep full control of the server. It also helps with compliance, since your hardware sits in an audited, certified facility.
You can run any version your hardware supports, including Windows Server 2016, 2019 and 2022. Because you manage the OS, you decide the version, the edition and the update schedule.
A 1U rack space (₹5,251/mo, 0.5 kW) fits a single 1U server. A Quarter Rack (10U at ₹17,711/mo, 1.5 kW) or Half Rack (21U at ₹31,061/mo, 3 kW) gives you shared or dedicated cabinet space for multiple Windows servers. A Full Rack (42U at ₹57,761/mo, 6 kW) gives you an entire lockable cabinet for larger setups, with room to grow. Visit our 1U Rack, Server Colocation, and Full Rack pages for details.
Remote hands means our on-site engineers act as your eyes and hands in the data center. Typical tasks include rebooting a server, replacing a failed drive, checking LEDs and cables, or installing a part you have shipped to us. Raise a ticket with the details and we take it from there.
Our data center uses redundant A+B power feeds and precision cooling, so a single failure doesn't take your server offline. Published plans include 0.5 kW on 1U, 1.5 kW on Quarter Rack (10U), 3 kW on Half Rack (21U), and 6 kW on Full Rack (42U). Contact us with your server's power draw if you need a higher-density power allocation for your rack.
You pack and ship (or hand-deliver) the server to our facility, and our team racks it, connects power and network, and confirms it is online. Before you ship, note your IP details, rack requirements, and boot settings. Our Migration team can also help move data and applications with minimal downtime.
Raise a ticket, and our team will check the server. If it needs a part replaced, our engineers can swap it when you supply the part. To lower the risk, many customers keep a spare drive or power supply in the rack and run a second server in a failover setup. Pair this with scheduled backups for full protection.
