All access is logged and monitored, and we conduct regular security audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

We guarantee 99.99% power availability and 99.9% network uptime. Our infrastructure is designed with full redundancy, including backup generators, UPS systems, and multiple network providers. In the unlikely event of service interruption, we provide service credits according to our Service Level Agreement.

Our Remote Hands service provides on-site technical assistance when you cannot physically visit the data center. Our technicians can perform tasks such as visual inspections, power cycling equipment, replacing hardware components, and troubleshooting issues. This service is available 24/7 and can be requested through our customer portal or by contacting our support team.

Yes, authorized personnel from your organization can visit the data center to access your equipment. Visits require advance notice (typically 24 hours) and proper identification. We have comfortable work areas available for longer maintenance sessions. For security reasons, all visitors must follow our access protocols and be escorted by data center staff.

You can install standard 19-inch rack-mountable equipment within your allocated space. This includes servers, storage systems, network switches, firewalls, and other IT equipment. All equipment must comply with our power consumption limitations and environmental guidelines. Non-standard equipment may require special approval. Please note that all equipment must be properly labeled and inventoried.

Our data centers utilize advanced precision cooling systems with N+1 redundancy. We maintain an optimal temperature range of 68-75°F (20-24°C) and humidity levels between 40-60%. We implement hot/cold aisle containment to maximize cooling efficiency. Our cooling infrastructure is monitored 24/7 and regularly maintained to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.

Our standard colocation contracts have a minimum term of 12 months. We also offer flexible options for longer terms (24, 36, or 60 months) with progressive discounts.
