Vyom Cloud ("we", "us", "our") operates vyomcloud.com and provides VPS hosting, cloud hosting, and dedicated server services (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and applicable Indian law.

We process your personal data only for the specified purpose you were informed of at the time of collection, and only with your clear, affirmative consent, except where processing is permitted without consent under the DPDPA (for example, to comply with law or for specified "legitimate uses" such as fulfilling a contract you've requested).
Consent requests are presented separately for each purpose (e.g., service delivery vs. marketing) — not bundled together.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, and may affect our ability to continue providing certain Services.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law (e.g., billing records under tax law). Once the purpose is served and no legal retention obligation applies, data is deleted or anonymized.

Our Services are intended for use by individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children, and we do not process children's data for tracking, behavioral monitoring, or targeted advertising.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring — to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected users as required under Section 8(6) of the DPDPA.
